“Not as well know as some of the big thriller writers from the US but in many ways better. His Prey series is top notch.
This is 24th in the Lucas Davenport series. I’ve read a few and fine to go out of series order.
There’s a serial killer on the loose… pacey 6/10

“A debut novel and the critics all like it, saying it has a fresh voice and unpredictable story. Not for me though.
Girl gets abducted, mother feels bad and lost, Girl tells story as does mother… 4/10

“Compelling thriller and I must read more by him.
It’s great when I find a thriller that isn’t predictable, and here it is.
I’ll not go into detail but will urge you to read these novels, start with the first in the series, it won’t matter if you don’t (I didn’t). 7.5/10

“Not that common to get a football thriller of any quality, but best-selling author and one I like a lot, has done just that.
He is a footie fan and this book shows off his skills as a writer and also someone who knows a bit about football too.
Nothing too heavy, a decent page turner. 6.5/10
