“His second novel, and his first for twenty years.
Wonderful black comedy and I though very funny.
A sex obsessed door to door salesman spins out of control. His wife commits suicide and Bunny and Bunny Jnr go on the road in Brighton.
At times very sad, shocking, bizarre.
I totally recommend this, but careful don’t lend it to your Granny.

Humourous but lacks depth. Short chapters and page turning stuff. Bit like eating vanilla ice cream, nice while you eat it .

“Thoroughly enjoyable satire of an English professor who muddles along have once won a Nobel prize.
He has a series of failed marriages and affairs behind him. Our book group had mixed feelings, the guys liked it but the girls didn’t.
In places it drags, but other parts are very amusing and memorable.
