“Far fetched British thriller covering apothecary and pagan rituals.
He ties Isaac Newton into the plot and suggests that Newton was madly connecting the Planets by murdering victim will provide eternal life.
I’d say Enid Blyton meets Scooby Doo

“Spy thriller which I’ve given up halfway though. Way to slow to keep my attention.
English agent retired and now in hiding in Madrid, he get tracked down and presumable goes on to save the world.

“Enjoyable page turning thriller.
1914 St Petersburg a Psychoanalysis gets embroiled in Polish/Jewish secret agents and Bolsheviks, all while a world class chess tournament is happening.
Great atmosphere and characters. Read more by this author.

“Perhaps I’m being unfair to this legal thriller with 4/10 but come on editors don’t let the author pad it out!
The plot (made for TV) rich white lawyer gets stitched…enter stereotype black prostitute woman (don’t forget the sob story) to help out.
It’s bound to sell well.
